Le Doux Rd Blooms reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Workshops

• Availability: Workshops are offered within a 40-mile radius of Dallas, Texas. If you’re located beyond this area, please email us at hello@ledouxrd.com to discuss potential arrangements.

• Included Materials: All materials and tools are provided for each participant, ensuring a seamless experience.

• Capacity:

  • 10 Participants Minimum: $495

  • 15 Participants: $875

  • 20 Participants: $1,150

• Non-Refundable Policy: Workshop pricing is based on the confirmed participant count at booking. Full payment is required upfront, and all payments are non-refundable. If fewer participants attend, the workshop will still proceed, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

• Custom Options: Workshops can be tailored to your specific needs, including themes, skill levels, or store styles.

3. DIY Bloom Kits (Coming Soon)

Our DIY Bloom Kits will include precut petals, all necessary materials, and step-by-step instructions for creating your own blooms. With beginner, intermediate, and advanced options, these kits are designed for all skill levels. Stay tuned for their release!

4. Orders and Payments

• All workshop bookings are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

• We accept major credit cards and digital wallets for payments.

5. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be applied toward workshops or other offerings on our website.

6. Cancellation Policy

When you book a workshop, you’re reserving a block of 10, 15, or 20 spots, depending on the class size. Payment secures your reservation and covers the preparation and materials required for your group.

• Cancellations:

  • For Standard Classes (10 participants): Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the workshop for a refund, minus a restocking fee.

  • For Medium Classes (15 participants): Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to the workshop for a refund, minus a restocking fee.

  • For Large Classes (20 participants): Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the workshop for a refund, minus a restocking fee.

• Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 30% of the total cost will be deducted from any eligible refunds to cover preparation costs.

Cancellations made after the deadlines are non-refundable.

7. Subscription Services Policy

• Minimum Commitment: By subscribing to our workshop services, you agree to a minimum commitment of 2 months.

• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time after the initial 2-month period. Cancellations must be made with 72 hours' notice prior to the next billing cycle.

• No Refunds: If you cancel your subscription after being charged for the month, no refunds will be issued. However, you will receive store credit equal to the amount charged.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Intellectual Property

All workshop designs, materials, and teaching methods are original creations by the Le Doux Rd Blooms team. These are protected under copyright laws and cannot be reproduced or used without explicit permission.

Return & Refund Policy

Workshops

• Cancellations must be made with at least 72 hours’ notice to receive a refund or reschedule the session.

• Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled workshop.

• Workshop pricing is based on the confirmed participant count at booking. Full payment is required upfront, and all payments are non-refundable. If fewer participants attend, the workshop will still proceed, and refunds or credits will not be issued.

Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
